Volleyball
Congrats to the girl's varsity volleyball team for their 1st place finish at the West Florence "Battle at the Castle" tournament this weekend. The girls started the season undefeated with wins over Crestwood, Conway, Aynor, and West Florence. They look to improve to 5 and 0 with a road matchup against Waccamaw this Thursday.
Girls Tennis
Cross Country
The Cross-Country team Raced Wednesday against seven other schools at Market Commons. All five Region schools were there. The Boys Varsity the team took 1st. place and the Girls finished in 2nd. Both Junior Varsity teams also placed 1st.
The Top Five girls in order were Marlee Shuping, McKenzie Johnston, Faith, Reiss, Brandy Betancourt and Sydney Beetle.
The Top Five boys in order were Finn Byron, Tommy Jensen, Stephen Alot, Zaccaray Wilkinson, and Jacob Wypych.
It was and amazing night and truly shows the athletes hard work is paying off. Keep it up.
JV Football
Congratulations to the JV team who continues to play hard and remain undefeated after beating Wando tonight 28-6. Defense has given up only 2 touchdowns this season and the offense continues to score having scored 117 points to opponents 13. Go JV sharks !!!!
