Middle College has 3 major anchors:
Anchor 1: Academic & Career Pathways
Anchor 2: Business & Industry Partnerships
Anchor 3: Internship & Work-Based Learning
We are bridging high school, college, and career for tomorrow's professionals by offering students 2 specific pathways.
The first pathway is the Academic Institute. Highly motivated students given an opportunity to earn up to 60 hours advanced college/university credit through a combination of Advanced Placement coursework and dual-enrollment coursework provided in partnership with The University of South Carolina - Upstate.
The second pathway is Technical Scholars. Through partnerships with Horry Georgetown Technical College and Apprenticeship Carolina, students will work toward the requirements for a South Carolina high school diploma and a career-ready certification.
